This is an impossible card, which looks difficult, but is actually very easy. The base is one piece of card stock (mine is 4-1/4"x5-1/2") with 3 cuts and 1 score line.
The first cut is at the center of one side from the edge to the center of the card (on long side, at 2-3/4" cut from edge to 2-1/8"). The 2nd & 3rd cuts are on the opposite side of the card and are variable (at 1-1/4" & 4-1/4", I cut from edge to 2-1/8"). Then on the short side, score at 2-1/8" between the 2 outer cuts. The next step is where the magic happens. Twist the ends in opposite directions - 1 toward you and the other away from you, creasing along the score so the center panel stands up. The card folds flat for mailing.
The short video linked above shows the process without a lot of excess verbiage. However, there are some other videos that have a lot more detail if you search for 'impossible card'.

Gorgeous!! I love the way you know how to do so many folds on the cards. I have never learned those!! I love your lime and your sentiment too!!

The coloring on your lemon-lime (not sure which) is gorgeous. I'm going with lime. I like that you did not put the dp on all parts of the base. It gives it a nice color block look! I have been meaning to do one of these, think I will today!
